"Just a quick email to say thank you for a truly fabulous service.
Our furniture and belongings arrived on Saturday as promised and all in one piece (except for one broken dish which is likely my fault as I didn't pack it well enough!). Considering the snow in England and throughout Europe, not to mention the Greek farmers protesting and striking - it is wonderful that we were only one day behind schedule. Though Dave did say he had driven half the night to make sure he missed the problems between Thessaloniki and Keramoti. So big thanks to him for this!
Dave and Mark were fabulous guys and carried our boxes up the stairs as if they were full of feathers instead of books, DVDs etc etc! They were laughing and saying the lads in England were wimps as they had said the boxes were heavy!! You have some fantatsic staff on both sides of the Channel - a credit to your company. Please thank them all from us.

"Let me say, I was absolutely delighted with Nomad from the start. I managed, with Nomad's help to literally ship out everything including the kitchen sink!!
I shipped out a full flat-packed kitchen, including appliances/worktops etc along with a full balcony suite of furniture including 4 x loungers/ a glass dining table (which was huge AND heavy!) along with 6 x chairs. Above this, I sent out a designer Italian lounge suite in soft leather, and for that matter my own extra aircon unit. In total it was 3 x pallets full with a huge volume in cubic feet. AND a lot of this was fragile to say the least.
Goods arrived at my village bang on time in smaller truck (to negotiate winding roads easier, as per my request) with a 3 'man' UK crew. They were a marvel - worked like ants, placed all items where I requested - basically stars!!!
Damages - it was bound to happen, and it did ( 2 x Ikea tumblers from a six pack, costing not a lot!!!!) That was it.
In short, really pleased. Service = excellent. Easy to talk to factor = excellent. Would I use Nomad again for shiping to Crete??? YES!!!!"

"Both Lynn and I wanted to say thanks for the speed and efficiency of our move to Greece back in September. After several weeks, we've had a chance to test everything thoroughly and all our possessions (including computer and external hard disks) made it through the journey in excellent condition.
I also have to praise the lads who managed our collection so smoothly and efficiently, and particularly the guys who did the delivery here in Greece, managing both our horrendous parking conditions and the tiny lift up to our flat with aplomb (not to mention one of them hauling our exercise bike up four flights of stairs!).

"Our house is in a small hamlet half-way up a hill in Umbria. 400 yards short of the street there is a single-track elbow bend that has to be seen to be believed. We had never used them before and were a bit nervous about sending all our belongings off with an unknown company to a foreign country! "Three day-beds were meant to arrive in June but did not!! (Not NOMAD’s fault. The supplier in the UK did not deliver them in time). I contacted NOMAD with the saga (again and again!!) and they were fantastic and very understanding. In order to avoid a second delivery cost, Dave in Athens put them on ferry to Tilos without a driver but clearly labelled for me in Tilos (15 pieces!!) when I was in Tilos in September 2008.
I unfortunately missed the boat in the morning and arrived at the quay to my see day beds leave for their own mini cruise to Rhodes and return to Tilos that evening (phew!!), but good labeling from NOMAD made it happen!! Myself and friends did the Mamma Mia experience (though did not jump into the water!!). See photos to prove NOMAD really can make it happen!
